The trail is marked with a white bicycle on a blue sign. This biking- trail goes along the old mainroad which ones connected Sweden to Norway. It is curvy countryroads with hardly any traffic. It goes through a varied farmers- and forest- region with lots of fields. There are good chances to see both mooses, deers, lynxs and beavers.
You can take a dip in some lakes along the way, e.g. in Lersjön and Lillsjön. At the touristbureau in Sunne you can find a more detailed description over the trail. OBS! The trail haven't been controlled in many years and signs may be missing along the way.
